The India International Trade Fair also known as IITf is a biggest showcase of fair in the capital of India, New Delhi. This popular showcase event provides a common platform for the manufacturers, traders, exporters and importers. It is a multi-product exhibition has on display a wide range of products and services. The event is held between 14 – 27 November every year at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. It is a major tourist attraction and millions of people visit the fair every year. 2010 New Delhi Games Events and Preparation
Ever since its inception in 1980 IITF has evolved as a major event for the Business community. It is a premier event organized by the India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), the nodal trade promotion agency of the Government of India. The IITF is international consumer goods fair. Due to its wide range of different areas this fair is an audience magnet and very popular among exhibitors. Here visitors will receive information on the latest products and trends in various industries.
The participation figures verify the huge worldwide response of IITF. This coming 29th edition of IITF (2009) will have more than 8000 national and 350 international exhibiting companies. The fair will expected to attract a huge audience of more than 4 million general visitors and 2,75,000 business visitors including 91 delegations from 53 countries.

Timings of 29th India International Trade Fair (IITF) in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi
In this time there is a slight change in the timings of the 29th India International Trade fair. First Five days of this fair are reserved for the business visitors. The opening of this event is in Saturday the 14th Nov and the closing will be Saturday, the 27th Nov.
14th to 18th November: Business Visitors
19th to 27th November: General Public
Time: 9:30 am – 7:30 pm
